TGIW!!

Thank God it's Wednesday!

Hi Friends! How are you doing so far in the week?
Thank you all for leaving me your contribution under the comments section for "A picture speaks a thousand words" posting for the random RAK draw!
I'll get the "star" of the picture to draw the name ok? Will take a picture of him doing it.

On the scrapping front, I've been scrapping some.
For my DT work for TheStoryMatters which will be launching another challenge tomorrow (Thursday for local readers, Wednesday for my USA friends)

I completed a LO 2 nights ago and had fun doing it. Coincidentally, I didn't realize that what I used were ingredients for a "potent brew" over at {Create}'s November challenge. Sounds interesting huh? Hope on over to their challenge site and try it out! It's really fun I tell you!

And right now, I'm working on my church girlfriend's Hens' party pictures taken in April this year!! I'm way overdue for this one!! Yikes!!!

I'm just thankful that my printer was back in action only this month and I was able to re-scan the polaroid pics taken during the Hens Party and to print out the photos taken on my digital camera!

So here I am, using the LUXE Carrie Kit which I purchased online sometime ago for the SB pages of the Hens Night! I'm loving the range of LUXE papers.

LOL!

I was initially daunted by the loud and bold prints but I told myself "Do not be afriad!! Just work it at my best and trust what my eyes tells me"

So right now, I've set the base for two 2-page layouts and it's looking great! Will add on the embellishments and titles later. Just wondering if my friend would mind me sharing what I've done.

Anyway, here is the recent LO I did of myself. I used Basic Grey's Eva line of papers and Creative Imaginations Narrative Die-Cut paper. Yup! 3 pattern papers. The rest are all Prima flowers, MM crystal Brads, American Crafts Felt Thickers for the alphas and some stickles.

Love the layering and the birdy is so prettily stamped and beautifully placed in your LO. Loving the bright colors you used too...
